Step 1
Your browser may warn you
The installer is not yet signed with a certificate, so your browser and then Windows ask you to confirm.
Edge says “OutreachFlow-setup.exe isn't commonly downloaded”: click the … menu on the download → Keep → the arrow next to Delete → Keep anyway. Then click Open file.
Chrome may say the file “isn't commonly downloaded” or “may be dangerous”: click Keep.
When you open the file, Windows says “Windows protected your PC”: click More info → Run anyway.
Step 2
Install
Click Install, then Finish; no administrator rights are needed. OutreachFlow starts by itself.
Step 3
Add your mailbox
In OutreachFlow, Settings → Add account (the first time, Settings is already open), and sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account.
Microsoft then shows its permission screen, or “Need admin approval”. The permission screen lists what OutreachFlow may do: read and write your mail, send mail as you, and sign you in. Click Accept.
Step 4
Your first campaign
Click New campaign and type its name. Under Contacts, click Import list and pick a CSV or Excel file with an e-mail column.
Under Mails, write the first mail and the follow-ups, with the fields of your file, like {{first_name}}. Then press Start.
Follow-ups go out only while OutreachFlow is open, so keep it open during your send hours.
Step 5
Replies
When someone answers, the row says replied, and the campaign stops for everyone at that company. Click the row to read the answer; Reply and Open in Outlook open it in classic Outlook.
