OutreachFlow sends the mails you write, to the contacts you import, from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, with the permissions you or your administrator approved (Mail.ReadWrite, Mail.Send, User.Read).
What it reads: the new mail in your Inbox, to see who replied, who is out of office and which mails bounced; and the mails it sent, to send each follow-up in the same thread.
Your lists, your mails, the campaigns and the replies are kept on your PC, in the app's data folder. There is no central copy: our server never receives your contacts or your mail.
You sign in with Microsoft. The sign-in token stays on your PC.
The app sends its own log to our server every 5 minutes: its install id, its version and what was sent and received when (counts and errors), with every e-mail address cut to its domain before it leaves your PC. Not your contacts' names or addresses, not your mails. We keep it 14 days.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
To stop: remove an account in Settings. OutreachFlow first takes back its first mails still waiting at Microsoft, then deletes the sign-in token from the PC. Uninstalling alone takes nothing back: first mails already handed to Microsoft still go out at their time. Uninstalling removes the program but not the data folder; delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\OutreachFlow yourself and your lists and campaigns are gone.
